We provide our manuals and several other documents as PDF files. These files can be displayed and printed using Adobe Acrobat. You can obtain the Adobe Acrobat Reader for free from Adobe.

Live PC software

After downloading the self-extracting (*.exe) file, place it in a temporary directory on your PC. Run the program to extract the installation files. Read the readme.txt file for installation instructions.

Live IBM i (i5, iSeries, AS/400) software

After downloading the self-extracting (*.exe) file, place it in a temporary directory on your PC. Run the program to extract two files. One is an IBM i Save File, the other is a PC readme.txt file containing instructions on how to use FTP to upload the Save File to your IBM i.

Download the manual, which contains full detailed installation instructions. If this is a new KeyesMail installation, also download the new installation instructions which provide a simplified version of the installation instructions. If this is an update to a previous installation of KeyesMail or KeyesFax, download the how to update instructions which provide a simplified version of the update instructions.

All Computer Keyes products that run on the IBM i require an activation code to function. This code is based on the IBM i Serial Number and Logical Partition where the software will be installed. Please contact Computer Keyes to receive this code.
